Our busy engineering client in the Dungannon area require a Stores & Project Materials Coordinator to join their team.
Location: Dungannon, Co. Tyrone
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Stores & Project Materials Controller to manage project materials, inventory, goods movements, and company tooling to support production and project delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are received, stored, allocated, and prepared efficiently while maintaining stock accuracy and supporting operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project materials in line with production schedules and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Receive, inspect, and control goods inwards and outwards.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Carry out stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Raise material replenishment requests and support delivery tracking.
- Maintain visibility of material readiness across active projects.
- Manage the company tool inventory, including tracking, servicing, certification, and asset control.
- Maintain a safe, organised warehouse and yard environment.
Requirements
- Experience in stores, warehouse, inventory control, or materials management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using stock control or ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
