Our Client is an established independent motor dealership specialising in high quality used vehicles. They currently have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team.
Salary: £40,000 + sales commission plus company vehicle.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling.
- Proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
- Responsible for the input and accurate updating for the CRM in relation to Sales.
- Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives.
- Meeting Company Car Sales Targets.
- Provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers, advising on and upselling on finance.
- Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department.
- To effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers.
- Liaise with Finance Companies on behalf of Customers to assist in the sales process.
- Responsible for all types of Social Media interaction.
- Ensuring all marketing materials are printed and published on each vehicle.
- Maintain accurate paperwork in relation to customer sales/enquiries in a confidential manner always adhering to the GDPR guidelines.
- Reporting any aftersales enquiries back to the Workshop Executive.
Person Specification:
- Previous retail experience gained within the Motor Industry essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen.
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives.
- Knowledge of Finance systems and Portals is desirable.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Programmes.
- Full valid UK driving license.
