Our busy Construction client in the Dungannon area require a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will manage commercial activities across multiple building projects. They will be responsible for cost estimates, subcontractor management, contract administration, and cost reporting, ensuring projects stay on budget and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender packages and subcontractors
- Measure and value completed work
- Monitor costs, variations, and claims
- Prepare valuations and final accounts
- Advise on procurement and contracts
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams
- Administer NEC, JCT, and PWC contracts
Requirements:
