A well-established engineering company is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing professional to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth, lead generation, and brand awareness. This role requires close collaboration with sales and technical teams and hands-on responsibility for digital marketing, campaigns, content creation, and events.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan
  • Generating leads and supporting sales
  • Manage digital marketing channels including website and social media platforms
  • Contribute ideas and run marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
  • Building brand awareness
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to support bids and proposals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Develop and design product manuals
  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, and exhibitions (as and when required)
  • Design company brochures, adverts and stationery
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Creation and delivery of original/professional online content
  • Liaising with other media outlets to promote company growth and investment

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sector
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation skills

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
