Our client are an established business who are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused IT Support Technician to join their team in Dungannon. The successful candidate will provide technical support across the company, ensuring all IT systems, hardware, and software operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line and second‑line technical support to staff via phone, email, and in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
- Support Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and company applications.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
