Our Client is a Fitness, Wellbeing and Nutrition company. Due to recent company growth, they require a Head of Digital Marketing & Content professional to oversee all aspects of their online brand growth, content production, marketing strategy and social media expansion. This is a senior leadership role for someone with proven experience in scaling personal brands, managing multi-platform content ecosystems, coordinating teams and driving audience growth, engagement and lead generation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Growth
- Lead and execute the overall digital marketing strategy
- Grow brand awareness, reach, engagement and lead generation
- Expand the business onto new and emerging social media platforms
- Develop and manage organic and paid content strategies
- Monitor trends, analytics and platform performance
- Improve conversion across social media, email and marketing funnels
- Work closely with sales and setter teams to improve lead quality and bookings
- Social Media Management
- Oversee all social media platforms including: Instagram; Facebook; TikTok; YouTube; LinkedIn; Podcast platforms
- Content Creation & Production
- Plan, script and oversee content creation
- Coordinate video production, editing and publishing
- Assist with creative direction for reels, podcasts and campaigns
- Develop high-performing hooks, captions, CTAs and educational content
- Organise and manage content shoots and production days
- Podcast Management
- Assist in launching and scaling a new podcast
- Help set up and manage a podcast studio
