Our busy Engineering client in the Dungannon area requires a Finance Manager (Part time) to lead the daily financial operations of the company.
JOB TITLE: Finance Manager LOCATION: Dungannon HOURS: 30hours per week - worked over 4 or 5 days SALARY:£30,000£35,000 per annum (based on 30 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day finance function, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process sales and purchase invoices, payments, and credit control.
Complete bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare and submit VAT returns.
Process weekly payroll.
Maintain accurate financial records and provide information to the external accountant for year-end accounts.
Monitor costs and financial performance, and provide financial information.
Maintain effective financial controls and identify opportunities to improve processes.
Essential Criteria Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
Experience taking ownership of a finance function.
Strong knowledge of accounts, VAT, and reconciliations.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, numerical skills, and analytical abilities.
