Job Role: Engineering Parts Manager in Dungannon
Our Engineering client is seeking aEngineeringPartsManagerto drive growth across their regional dealer network.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in parts sales, aftermarket or dealer development who enjoys building relationships, identifying sales opportunities and using data to improve business performance.
Working across both field-based and office-based activities, you will collaborate with dealers and internal teams to increase parts sales, enhance customer satisfaction and support the continued growth of the aftermarket business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow spare parts sales across an established dealer network.
- Support dealers with inventory planning, parts availability and sales growth opportunities.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Promote digital parts platforms and reporting tools to improve dealer performance.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular business updates, sales reports and market intelligence.
- Support new product launches, promotions and dealer training initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in parts sales, aftermarket or dealer support, with a commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills. You'll be confident using data and digital systems, highly organised, and an effective communicator. Relevant industry experience or a business qualification is desirable.
