About the Company
This organisation specialises in the production of renewable fuels from organic waste. Operating across multiple sites in Northern Ireland, they provide essential collection and disposal services to the agricultural sector, alongside the handling of food and butchery waste. The company plays a key role in supporting sustainability and the local farming community.
Role Responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of incoming telephone calls from customers
- Assisting customers on-site when required
- Accurately inputting data into internal systems
- Completing all relevant documentation in line with company procedures
- Carrying out general administrative duties within a busy office environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role (highly desirable)
- Strong administrative background
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision) is advantageous
- Strong numerical accuracy and methodical approach to work
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capable of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to working hours when required
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00 noon (on a rota basis)
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double time on Saturday afternoons
