We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and supporting month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial records across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Performing bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Assisting with month-end accounts preparation
- Preparing and submitting CIS returns
- Completing UK and ROI VAT returns
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audits when required
- Liaising with internal teams and external advisors as needed
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Bookkeeper or similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Experience with VAT returns (UK & ROI) and CIS
- Good understanding of month-end procedures
