Our growing Construction client in the Dungannon area requires an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. In this role you will support the design and delivery of a diverse range of building projects valued between £200k–£5M. You’ll be involved from early concept stages through to construction and completion on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce planning, tender, and construction drawings
- Develop technical details and material schedules
- Ensure designs meet budgets and standards
- Prepare and submit Planning & Building Control applications
- Perform U-value calculations and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Attend design meetings and site visits
- Support tender submissions
- Ensure Building Regulations and CDM compliance
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing
- Experience across all project stages
