You will conduct a full review of current operations and implement AI-driven solutions across four key areas, with the goal of reducing manual workload, improving response times, cutting costs, and delivering a better experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough review of current workflows, systems, tools, and pain points across all departments.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual work, or enhance customer outcomes.
- Develop a prioritised AI implementation roadmap with clear timelines, costs, and expected ROI.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in plain, accessible language.
- Implement findings into the business effectively.
- Monitor and assess the implementation to ensure systems and processes are being maintained.
- Work with senior management to ensure minimal disruption throughout the process.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience delivering AI or digital transformation projects in a business environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools such as Zapier or Make, CRM/AI integrations).
- Ability to conduct a business process audit and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Experience implementing chatbots, workflow automation, or document processing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
