Our busy manufacturing client in the Dungannon area requires a Junior Systems Data Co-ordinator to join the IT Department. Reporting to the Senior Systems Data Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in the IT team, providing comprehensive administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creation and management of product codes and pricing structures
  • Troubleshooting product and pricing issues
  • Design of production, picking, and sales systems for our e-commerce website and other sales platforms
  • Meeting with business stakeholders to attain project requirements and plan critical paths to the business solution

Specific Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Creation, design, and implementation of product codes, including the introduction of new ranges and customer-specific product information
  • Updating and maintenance of pricing/product information in the ordering system
  • Maintaining and updating the company e-commerce website (data uploads)
  • Troubleshooting product and pricing issues
  • Completion of data migration templates (moving to SAP)
  • Searching the database to identify and resolve data errors

Desirable qualities:

  • Attention to detail to minimise errors in data uploads
  • Educated to A-level standard
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills
