A well-established and growing company within the construction and manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Tendering & Compliance Administrator to join its team. This is a key administrative role supporting tender submissions, compliance processes, quality management systems, and document control across a range of projects. Working closely with senior management and project teams, you'll ensure documentation is completed accurately, maintained to a high standard, and submitted within required deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tender submissions, PQQs, ITTs, RFIs, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain document control systems and project records.
- Manage project documentation using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar platforms.
- Support BCAR compliance, certification, and project documentation.
- Assist with quality management systems, ISO compliance, and audit preparation.
- Maintain health & safety and environmental compliance records.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and provide general administrative support to senior management.
About You
- At least 2 years' experience in a tendering, compliance, document control, or project administration role.
- Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Strong organisational and document management skills.
- Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar software is desirable.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong written communication.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
