Our client in Cookstown currently requires a Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Hours of work: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer technical support via phone, email, and CRM
- Configure and maintain CCTV and detection systems remotely
- Support site upgrades and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records
- Assist with ongoing technical improvements and projects
Requirements:
- IT knowledge or qualification (networking/port forwarding preferred)
