This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional to take ownership of social media, digital campaigns, content creation, SEO and website activity across a number of established brands.
About the Role As Digital & Social Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in developing the company's digital presence and delivering engaging, measurable marketing activity across multiple channels.
You will work closely with the wider marketing team to develop campaigns, create compelling content and ensure marketing activity is delivered consistently, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of digital and social media marketing plans.
Manage social media channels and develop content calendars aligned with wider marketing initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate social media performance and provide regular campaign analysis.
Plan and coordinate email marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
Lead the creation of engaging digital content and marketing messaging.
Develop initiatives to increase website traffic, page views, unique visitors, engagement and digital downloads.
Manage and support SEO activity to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
Update website content through Content Management Systems.
Work with external website agencies to ensure websites deliver an effective user experience.
Support wider brand and marketing initiatives as required.
Evaluate digital and social campaigns, measuring performance against agreed KPIs and commercial objectives.
Ensure marketing activity is effectively communicated across the business.
Maintain accurate marketing reports, studies and documentation.
Ensure digital assets, artwork and marketing materials are appropriately stored and maintained.
About You We are looking for a creative and commercially minded digital marketer who can work confidently across a variety of digital channels.
Proven experience delivering successful digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and paid advertising.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
Experience using Google Ads and paid social advertising platforms.
Good understanding of website management and Content Management Systems.
Strong knowledge of SEO and techniques for improving organic search performance.
Experience analysing campaign performance against KPIs and objectives.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A creative approach to content and campaign development.
The confidence to use data and insight to inform marketing decisions.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role.
A relevant marketing qualification or equivalent experience.
