Due to an increase in orders, our online Retailer is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities: Assist with the administration of processing of sales calls that come in as well as online queries.

Ensure that all customer enquiries are handled in a professional manner and used as a sales opportunity.

Ensure that customers accounts are prepared and maintained and that payments are dealt with according to companys cash handling procedures.

Arrange deliveries / appointments with customers by telephone or on person.

Contact suppliers and check expected arrival dates of goods to the premise.

Update website with new products and prices.
