Credit Controller Location: Cookstown, Northern Ireland Salary: £28,000 £30,000 Hours: MondayThursday 8:00am5:15pm | Friday 8:00am2:30pm Job Type: Permanent Our busy Manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy Finance Team based in Cookstown. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing invoices and payments, monitoring outstanding debt and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Sales invoicing and processing credit notes Releasing customer orders Preparing and issuing monthly customer statements Managing and maintaining customer accounts Acting as a key point of contact for customer finance queries Processing and allocating customer payments Proactively managing outstanding debt and ensuring timely payment Monitoring debtor balances and following up on overdue accounts Liaising with sales teams regarding customer accounts and outstanding debt Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Processing supplier payments Assisting with other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years' experience within a busy accounts environment, preferably with Credit Control experience Strong Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong numerical and organisational abilities Excellent attention to detail The ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues A proactive and professional approach The ability to learn quickly and understand new processes The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits Competitive salary of £28,000£30,000 Permanent position and consistent working hours Career progression opportunities Training and development Job security Employee recognition and appreciation schemes Free car parking Healthcare cover Benefits: Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund TPBN1_NI
