Our busy client within the Insurance industry is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial/Corporate Account Handler to join their growing team. The organization has built an excellent reputation for its commitment to outstanding customer service and they now have a full-time position available in their Cookstown office. This involves managing corporate and commercial accounts, providing personalized advice to clients, and supporting their insurance needs.

Person Specification
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and handle queries professionally
- Experience in Sales and Purchasing to negotiate policies and secure competitive rates
- Proficiency in Account Management to ensure comprehensive and organized management of client accounts
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or previous insurance experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the insurance industry
Essential Requirements
- Experience in Commercial insurance 3 years +, with prior experience as a Commercial/Corporate Account Handler and can demonstrate your technical insurance knowledge
- CII qualifications or working towards
- Skilled in client relationship management and confident communicating at all levels
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Knowledgeable in SME and corporate insurance products
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Competent in using broking systems such as Open GI, Acturis and proficient in all Microsoft Packages
