Our Client is a leading heating equipment supplier.

Due to an increase in contracts, they have an opportunity for an

Accounts Technician to join their team. You will be based in the office 1 day per week with the option to WFH 2 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of a varied role within a supportive environment, working closely with the wider business to manage day-to-day finance operations.

  • Key Responsibilites
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Xero accounting software.
  • Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage credit control processes and monitor customer accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow and support effective financial planning.
  • Process supplier payments and manage supplier accounts.
  • Maintain and review customer credit limits.
  • Access banking systems to complete daily supplier payments.
  • Process payroll for employees across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (experience desirable).

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience using Xero, Sage, or similar accounting systems.
  • Relevant finance qualification such as Accounts Technician, or currently working towards a professional accounting qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
