Our client are an established family business based outside Dungannon who supply the construction industry. They are currently recruiting a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and supporting month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial records across the business. This client can offer flexibility with start and finish times to suit the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Performing bank reconciliations on a regular basis
  • Assisting with month-end accounts preparation
  • Preparing and submitting CIS returns
  • Completing UK and ROI VAT returns
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audits when required
  • Liaising with internal teams and external advisors as needed
