Operations Team Leader - Location Weston-Super-Mare
National Grid have aAn opportunity is available for a Team Leader based at Weston-Super-Mare who will report to the Field Operations Team Manager and will be responsible for leading a group of Craft (operational) staff on a 12 month fixed term contract (subject to review). The key focus of this role is to lead an efficient and productive team across a region. Key considerations for the successful running of your team include: ensuring they are working compliantly within H&S policies, coordinating programmes of work for them to undertake, maximising efficiencies in delivery, ensuring your team has the appropriate development and authorisations and effectively managing performance on a 1:1 basis. This is a crucial role to help drive forward performance and give our large teams the support they need in the field.
