Streetworks Coordinator - Location Maple Cross

Clancy are actively seeking an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join our team.

Our administrators, planners, and coordinators play a vital role in our daily operations, helping us manage and deliver services effectively, no matter the challenge.

  • Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…
  • Sending permit notifications to highways authorities within the legal timeframes.
  • Monitoring queues within the Depotnet system to ensure actual starts, work stops, and reinstatement registrations are completed as required.
  • Completing daily housekeeping checks within Depotnet and Aurora to ensure all permits are actioned correctly.
  • Tracking work progress from start to completion, ensuring updates are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues within operations, helping to provide timely resolutions to queries and issues.
  • Processing, raising, and closing traffic management requests, including notices, permits, footway and road closures.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the team and with other departments to support the effective delivery of our services, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
