At Hatzfeld Care we provide residential care for adults with varying needs such as Asperger’s, Schizophrenia or eating disorders to age-related illnesses or Dementia. A person-centred care plan is produced tailored to each individual’s specific needs. With residential care services in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire we have a wide range of different career opportunities available supporting adults with varying levels of need, providing person centered, responsive care.
As a Housekeeper you will be expected to organise and provide cleaning services within Eagle House in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements and in line with accepted best practices. This is a bank role, so there are no guaranteed number of hours.
Responsibilities for a Housekeeper:- Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery
- Supervise the cleaning and laundry services within Willis Lodge in accordance with agreed standards
- Implement actions to meet and maintain cleaning standards
- Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise
- Evaluate standards of cleaning competence
- Ensure the Service Users’ rights are protected
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
- Good English - Written and verbal
- To communicate effectively with Service Users and their visitors
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment
- Previous experience of working as a housekeeper
- Experience of working with Service Users who have additional support needs
