At Hatzfeld Care we provide residential care for adults with varying needs such as Asperger’s, Schizophrenia or eating disorders to age-related illnesses or Dementia. A person-centred care plan is produced tailored to each individual’s specific needs. With residential care services in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire we have a wide range of different career opportunities available supporting adults with varying levels of need, providing person centred, responsive care.

As a Housekeeper you will be expected to organise and provide cleaning services within the home in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practices. Must live in the UK to apply. Sponsorship cannot be offered.

Responsibilities for a Housekeeper:

  • Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery
  • To supervise the cleaning and laundry services within Willis Lodge in accordance with agreed standards
  • Implement actions to meet and maintain cleaning standards
  • Systematically solve day-to‑day problematic issues which arise
  • Evaluate standards of cleaning competence
  • Ensure the Service Users’ rights are protected
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

Communication Skills:

  • Good English - Written and verbal
  • To communicate effectively with Service Users and their visitors

Desirable but not essential:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment
  • Previous experience of working as a housekeeper
  • Experience of working with Service Users who have additional support needs

Mileage paid over 5 miles. Life insurance. Company pension in place. Meals provided. 24/7 free counselling service. On site car park. Monthly staff bonuses. Refer a friend scheme of up to £250 each.
