At Hatzfeld we provide residential care for adults with varying needs such as Asperger's, Schizophrenia or eating disorders to age-related illnesses or Dementia. A person-centered care plan is produced tailored to each individual's specific needs.

Providing Administrative support to the Residential Home and the Registered Manager.
Duties:- To maintain administrative and financial skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
- To provide administrative and financial services for the company in accordance with current best practice.
- To supervise the administrative and financial services within the company in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best practice and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time.
- Keeping petty cash records and forwarding the information to Head Office on a regular basis.
- Maintaining Staff file & contracts.
- Sending letters and emails.
- Minute taking.
- Maintaining holiday and sickness records for staff.
- Updating staff training matrix.
- Ensuring all clients files and contracts are up to date.
- Liaising with Healthcare professionals (chasing paperwork, requesting reviews etc).
- Answering the telephone.
- Ordering goods and services in line with our procurement processes.
- Filing / Photocopying.
- Errands to post office, local shops etc for provisions.
- Mileage paid over 5 miles.
