Start: Ideally immediately / up to 2 weeks’ notice

We’re working with a high-end, stylish apartment hotel in East London who are looking for a Reservations Admin Agent to join their team and support the Revenue Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous hotel reservations and administration experience, who is confident using MEWS and enjoys working in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to enquiries from guests, customers, travel agencies and other partners
  • Following up on group bookings and agency enquiries
  • Managing payment arrangements and ensuring payments are processed correctly
  • Handling invoicing and billing
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries and requests from individual guests
  • Maintaining strong relationships with guests and agency partners
  • Managing and updating reservations through the MEWS system
  • Supporting the Revenue Manager with general reservations and administrative tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally

About You

  • Previous hotel, reservations or hospitality experience
  • Strong customer service and administration skills
  • Experience with billing and invoicing
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience using MEWS – this is essential
  • The ability to work independently while supporting the wider team
  • Availability to start immediately or with a maximum of 2 weeks’ notice
