Workplace Support Specialist (Facilities Coordinator) to join a leading global organisation and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy workplace.

The Role
As a Workplace Support Specialist, you'll work closely with clients, landlords, contractors, and service providers to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
You'll coordinate maintenance requests, support property operations, and help deliver an exceptional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage facilities work orders from receipt through to completion.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, proposals, and contractor documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance and the progress of maintenance activities.
- Support environmental initiatives, including waste management and recycling.
- Ensure company procedures and compliance standards are followed.
- Assist with general workplace and facilities administration as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Experience
- Previous experience within facilities, office administration, workplace support, customer service, or a similar coordination role is desirable.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) are required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office is essential.
