We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to a senior members of the Executive Leadership Team within a leading sports organisation.
This is a key role requiring exceptional organisational ability, strong judgment, and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, including prioritising requests, resolving conflicts, and ensuring optimal use of time.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, collate briefing materials, and ensure all follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
Produce high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
Liaise with internal departments and externals at all levels, including senior executives.
