Reports to: Head of Client Experience
Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate reception and workplace experience contracts across London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring operational and commercial success across multiple sites.
You will lead the day-to-day delivery of workplace experience and reception services, ensuring consistently high standards across all locations. You will manage, support, and develop Account Managers, Reception Managers, and Site Managers, helping them to achieve both individual and team objectives.
Building trusted relationships with clients will be a key part of the role, with responsibility for leading regular performance reviews and maintaining open communication. You will also drive service excellence by identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
In addition, you will oversee contract budgets, monitor profitability, and ensure performance meets agreed KPIs and SLAs. Maintaining compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and quality standards will also form an important part of your role.
You will have proven experience managing multi-site workplace, reception, hospitality, or facilities operations, together with strong leadership and people management skills. You will be confident in developing client relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels, while demonstrating commercial awareness through effective budget and cost management. Above all, you will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
