HR & Talent Business Partner | (12-Month FTC β Maternity Cover) | Creative Agency (Start ASAP) | London / Hybrid | up to Β£60,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR & Talent Business Partner to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial creative business. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will balance strategic people planning with day-to-day operational HR delivery to drive performance, culture, and engagement. Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with senior leaders to align talent strategy with commercial business goals. Employee Relations: Provide pragmatic, expert advice on ER matters, performance management, and employment legislation. Talent & Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, quality recruitment decisions, and candidate experience. Payroll & Tech Governance: Oversee payroll compliance and data accuracy using the People First HRIS system; leverage tech and AI tools to optimize HR efficiency. L&D & Projects: Identify training needs, support group learning initiatives, and deliver on the wider HR strategic roadmap.
