You’ll manage the end-to-end monthly payroll for our UK team of approximately 200 employees, liaising with our payroll provider (Payfit) and working closely with our People & Culture and Finance teams. You may also play a key role in the upcoming integration of a new payroll provider.

- Prepare payroll variation reports and support dual approval process
- Administer the Group pension scheme, including auto-enrolment and portal uploads
- Prepare and post monthly payroll journal in Deltek Maconomy

- Stay up to date with payroll and tax legislation and lead on implementation of changes
- Support HMRC account management and compliance with internal policies (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
What We’re Looking For

- Experience managing end-to-end payroll; familiarity with Payfit, HiBob, and Deltek Maconomy is a plus
- Pension scheme administration knowledge and auto-enrolment experience

- Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and approachable
- Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- CIPP qualification is advantageous but not essential
This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a collaborative, forward-thinking company.
