We are currently recruiting for a temporary Arabic-speaking Concierge to support a prestigious financial institution over the summer period. The role will run from early June through to the end of August. Our client is a high-end bank located in Mayfair, with sleek, modern offices where exceptional customer service is paramount.

Location: Mayfair

Start Date: Early June

Rate: £15 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (flexibility required)

Dress Code: Smart black tie attire

Team Structure: This may be a standalone position or part of a team, with the potential for two roles depending on the final setup.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker
  • Available throughout the summer period
  • Must hold a valid DBS certificate

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide a seamless front-of-house experience, maintaining high standards at all times
  • Assist Arabic-speaking clients with enquiries, appointments, and general assistance
  • Coordinate visitor access and liaise with security as needed
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared for use
  • Handle incoming calls, deliveries, and messages efficiently
  • Support administrative tasks and provide general office assistance when required
  • Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring discretion and professionalism
