Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's people strategy while leading the day-to-day HR function across a workforce of more than 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the company's People Strategy to support continued business growth.
Design and implement leadership, management and employee development programmes.
Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and retention.
Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management and TUPE.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers across the business.
Oversee HR systems, workforce planning and time and attendance reporting.
Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant, efficient and fit for a growing organisation.
