Payroll & Benefits Executive | 6-Month FTC | FTE Salary £40,000 | London
Our client is a well-established organisation based in Paddington, London, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll & Benefits Executive to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused payroll professional to take ownership of end-to-end payroll and benefits administration across a growing international workforce.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing monthly payroll across multiple regions, alongside the administration of UK pensions, benefits and auto-enrolment. You will also support international payroll processes and retirement contributions, manage payroll changes throughout the employee lifecycle and assist with statutory and compliance reporting.
The role will involve producing accurate payroll and benefits reports, acting as a key point of contact for employee queries and contributing to wider payroll, benefits and HR projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll and benefits processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and confidentially.
Our client is looking for an experienced payroll professional with strong UK end-to-end payroll experience and previous exposure to benefits and pension administration. Experience of international payroll is highly desirable, as is strong Excel and HRIS experience. SAP experience would be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential, alongside a proactive, confidential and people-focused approach. Previous payroll experience is essential for this position.
The role is based in Paddington, London, with a hybrid working arrangement. This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract, offering an FTE salary of £40,000 per annum.
