We are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO for a respected global NGO based in East London.
This is a senior, high-impact role providing 1:1 support to the CEO and working closely with the wider Leadership Team.
The position requires strong project and workstream management skills to coordinate multiple priorities, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure progress is tracked across key initiatives.
The role offers a salary of £60,000–£70,000 per annum with hybrid working, which will vary depending on the CEO’s office attendance. The organisation is ideally seeking someone who can start immediately, with no notice period and will be on a temporary to permanent basis.
Applicants must have a minimum of seven years’ experience as an EA at C-suite level and be confident with minute taking at senior-level meetings. Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
- Organising and minuting meetings
- Tracking actions and deadlines
- Preparing presentations and briefing packs
- Managing travel and expenses
