We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join our client at a prestigious site in Farringdon, Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of the day-to-day facilities management operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery within a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a fully site-based role, requiring attendance in the office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily delivery of all hard and soft facilities management services across the site.
  • Lead, motivate and support on-site facilities teams to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers.
  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to agreed service levels.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health Safety legislation and company policies.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and audits to maintain high operational standards.
  • Manage facilities budgets, monitor expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Produce reports, maintain accurate records and analyse performance data.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to operational issues, implementing solutions where required.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
