The Role
As a Workplace Support Specialist, you'll work closely with clients, landlords, contractors, and service providers to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard. You'll coordinate maintenance requests, support property operations, and help deliver an exceptional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage facilities work orders from receipt through to completion.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, proposals, and contractor documentation.
- Monitor contractor performance.
