A leading sports company is looking for an exceptional Executive Office Administrator to join their dynamic c-suite team. This is a rare chance to play a vital role in supporting the fast-paced and high-profile Executive Office, which oversees all key areas of business operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

This role offers a salary of £50,000 per annum, four days in the office and one from home (dependent on business needs).

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the Director of Executive Planning, Senior Executive Office Engagement Manager, Senior Executive Planning Manager, and Executive Assistants to the Chief Executive and Board. You will ensure the smooth running of all Executive Office activities, from coordinating high-level meetings to managing corporate gifting, processing expenses, and assisting with board-level reports and presentations. You will also assist with up to 6 events per year which will include formal dinners and stakeholder meetings for up to 60 delegates.
