This role is tailor-made for an accomplished Executive Assistant with a minimum of seven years’ experience at the C-suite or Executive Leadership level. You’ll be the right-hand to an influential and dynamic leader, playing a central role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
You’ll be responsible for expertly managing a demanding and ever-changing diary, acting as a trusted gatekeeper, and ensuring the President’s time is used efficiently and effectively. From coordinating travel and handling expenses to orchestrating meetings and high-level events, you’ll be relied upon for your discretion, forward-thinking mindset, and flawless attention to detail.
