We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two Partners and one Principal for this fast-paced US-owned investment firm. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit team, contributing to a dynamic environment where collaboration and culture are at the heart of the business. The position also offers exciting international travel opportunities, including 3 annual trips to the US and potential travel across Africa and the Middle East for industry events and conferences.
You will be supporting two senior Partners, one leading all European operations and the other overseeing Africa and the Middle East. Both Partners sit on a large number of external boards, requiring exceptional diary management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism. Joining an established team of three EAs who are US-based, this role offers the opportunity to become the fourth key member of a collaborative support function. The position offers a salary of £70,000 plus a 10% bonus, potential profit share, and private medical cover. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, forward-thinking, and able to see the bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities- Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
- Monitoring competing priorities and recommending sequencing where appropriate
- Coordinating scheduling with portfolio companies and external stakeholders
- Assisting with regional or global events hosted in London
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Being comfortable receiving direct input and acting on it quickly
- Liaising with building management and service providers
- Managing supplies, maintenance, and facilities
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations
- Has experience supporting senior executives in investment, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or similarly demanding environments
- Is proactive rather than reactive
- Demonstrates exceptional organisational discipline and precision
