We are working with a prestigious London-based bank to find a proactive and hands-on Administrator / Facilities Management Support professional to join their team immediately.

Location & Details
- Location: London (nearest station: City Thameslink)
- Start Date: Monday 30th April
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (office-based)
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Salary: £35,000 – £36,000 (or hourly equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the office
- Assisting with meeting room set-ups and ensuring rooms are client-ready
- Covering reception duties when required
- Supporting general facilities and office operations
- Helping with ad hoc tasks, including light cleaning when needed
