Role Description
This is a 4 day in-house, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Warwickshire. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising Hatton World’s social media presence across various platforms. Responsibilities include:
- Devising and implementing content strategies
- Creating engaging posts
- Handling communication with the online community
- Monitoring social media metrics
- Developing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
The role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and brand identity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience with crafting and implementing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or familiarity with social media management tools is a plus
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality/entertainment industry is advantageous
- Basic understanding and experience in META and Google advertising
