Job Overview
- Pay: £12.75 per hour
- Hours: Part-time (26.5 hours per week) or Full-time (34 hours per week)
- Locations: The part time role is based across our Devizes and Marlborough clinics. The full time role is based across our Devizes and Frome clinics.

About the role
You’ll be the warm, professional first point of contact for our patients, in person, by phone and by e-mail. You’ll be the person who helps them feel genuinely cared for. You’ll:
- Build rapport and meaningful relationships with our patients
- Confidently handle bookings, payments and enquiries
- Help maintain the clinic’s smooth day-to-day running
- Keep clinic environments clean, welcoming and professional
- Be a key part of a supportive, high-performing team
Working hours & locations
You will work two evening shifts per week (which finish at 20:30) and the rest of your shifts will be typical business hours. We plan shifts well in advance to support your work-life balance and we don’t open on weekends. Part time role – you’ll predominantly be working across our Devizes & Marlborough clinics.
