What will you be doing as a physiotherapist at Hatt Clinic?
- You’ll go through a structured induction plan that gets you up to speed and ready to treat patients with confidence.
- You’ll become an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, learning how to refer patients to our other services when needed.
- You will be offering the very highest level of service to our patients, through the delivery of musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management.
- You will be involved in the Training and Development of the Diagnostics team (including Peer reviews, Caseload discussions, Coaching and presenting IST).
- Regular feedback, performance reviews, and training opportunities will help you improve your skills, with opportunities to support others in return.
- Regular service development sessions to help you shape the Physiotherapy service.
- The opportunity to be fully trained up in Pilates to cover/run classes.
- The opportunity to line manage the Diagnostics team.
We would like someone who
- Has a degree in Physiotherapy, is HCPC registered, and brings at least 5 years of musculoskeletal experience.
- Is ready to step into a leadership role, with a passion for shaping the future of a dynamic Physiotherapy department.
- Has experience or interest in line management, supporting, developing, and inspiring others to grow.
- Thrives in a collaborative, MDT environment and enjoys being part of a supportive, high‑performing team.
- Seeks out feedback and coaching as a tool for growth, for themselves and those they lead.
- Takes a proactive, solution‑focused approach and shares our mission to help keep people active and moving.
