HatHats Coffee Company Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team as we scale. You will build systems, processes and structure to support growth across our Kent sites and growing vending network, reporting to the founder.
You will lead a team of store managers, oversee labour and rota planning, ensure food safety and maintenance are managed, and drive the rollout of openings with a hands-on, practical approach to improvement across a dynamic environment.
