We need people with a can-do, positive attitude who can help deliver the HatHats experience to the tenants and clients at the site.
Your location of work will be HatHats Hangloose. We have a number of positions available either part time or full time and 0 hour and are happy to offer permanent contracts to the right people. Full training is provided from day one. There is plenty of free parking at the site, and having a driving licence and means of transport will be handy.
Your hourly rate will be age dependent from £10.65 - £14.30 per hour. This site operates Monday - Sunday, including bank holidays. Whilst shifts start from 07:30 in the morning and usually finish late afternoon. We occasionally have out of hours events that we need support with.
What you'll be doing:
- Working across our Hangloose site.
- Making and serving barista coffee, smoothies and frappes.
- Front of house customer service.
- Till operation.
- Keeping the site clean and well stocked.
- Working across the site's corporate hospitality offer.
- Occasionally helping with catering and hospitality.
What we're looking for:
- A genuine people person, calm under pressure, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Someone with good initiative who doesn't need to be told twice and actually enjoys talking to customers and permanently wears a smile.
How joining works:
We start with a Discovery Session at one of our sites which is a presentation from our founder to see whether it feels right before anyone commits to anything. If it does, the next step is a formal application followed by onboarding.
