Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (45 Hours pw) £37,960pa OTE £47,320

The Job...
  • Ensure all jobs are distributed to technician with clear instruction and time allowed.
  • Ensure first task for technician is for the EVHC to be carried out.
  • Be responsible for the efficiency & productivity of the technicians and raise any concerns in performance with your line manager. This includes lateness & sickness.
  • Ensure all repairs are carried out to manufacturers repair procedure standards.
  • Always ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth customer journey.
  • Ensure vehicles are protected during repair.
  • Procure the required equipment, tools, and consumable materials for the efficient running of the workshop.
  • Hold regular workshop meetings to discuss performance and quality of output.
  • Ensure job cards have written supervisory instruction (you) and are accurately written up daily (tech). Advising SRO codes to maximize the repair efficiency.
  • Effectively manage idle time in the workshop
  • Ensure your safety and security of other people, vehicles, and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards in the workplace to line manager.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained to the required standard.
  • Ensure that hazardous waste is disposed of in accordance with the company environmental policy.
  • Be responsible for the security & overall cleanliness of the workshop.
