Monday Friday with alternative weekends and a day off every week

About The Role
As Sales Manager working for the prestigious Land Rover Brand, you will take accountability for the day to day running of our new car sales department including the delivery of sales volumes, margin and profitability targets.
You Should Demonstrate The Following Skills And Experience
- Proven experience managing a high achieving sales team
- Commercial awareness and a good understanding of market trends & manufacturer initiatives
- Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
- Experience working in a prestige retailer
- Ability to Identify training and development needs within the team
- Ability to develop a sales action plan and communicate targets effectively to the team
This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Sales Controller or Business Manager who is accustomed to the pressures of a high-volume environment whilst delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is not a position for a strategist or an administrator. We require a highly involved manager who will be working in a customer facing environment, being an integral part of the sales process, whilst at the same time coaching and guiding the sales force to constantly greater heights.
