About the Role…
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our established and prestigious Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional aftersales team, where accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service are at the heart of everything we do. You will play a key role in processing and managing warranty claims, ensuring all manufacturer standards and procedures are followed. You will take pride in maintaining high levels of accuracy, building strong relationships with manufacturers, and supporting the smooth operation of the department.
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Processing and reviewing warranty claims, including extended warranties
- Verifying claim accuracy and ensuring all required documentation is attached
- Liaising with manufacturers and warranty providers to obtain approvals and monitor claim progress
- Negotiating and resolving warranty claim discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate records of warranty claims and associated costs
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and supporting warranty audits
- Staying up to date with warranty policies and procedures
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and company standards
- Supporting the wider aftersales team with any reasonable duties requested by management
About You…
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a warranty administration or automotive aftersales role would be advantageous, although candidates with strong administration experience from similar industries will also be considered.
